My Role

My role as a psilocybin facilitator is to create the conditions for deep inner truth to emerge.

There are moments in this work that move beyond explanation – where insight arises not through effort, but through presence. I tend the container with care and steadiness, attending to safety, relationship, and the subtle thresholds where something essential begins to open.

This work is not about adding anything or becoming someone new. It is about softening the mind’s grip so the heart can speak more clearly. When attention turns inward and judgment loosens, a deeper knowing often reveals itself – one that has always been there. The medicine supports this remembering, but the wisdom belongs to you.

At times, people arrive feeling disconnected, uncertain, or worn down by life. Together, we listen for what is still alive beneath the surface. With patience and trust, that small spark can grow – restoring a sense of meaning, belonging, and connection to what is most real. I am here to hold space for that process: to tend to the fire, honor the mystery, and support your relationship with your own inner guidance as it unfolds.

Meet the Medicine – Psilocybin Mushrooms

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound found in certain species of mushrooms. In the body, psilocybin is converted into psilocin, the active compound that produces its effects in the brain. Psilocin temporarily alters patterns of perception, emotion, and thought by interacting with serotonin receptors and increasing communication between normally separate brain networks. This can soften rigid mental habits and create a state of openness, emotional flexibility, and heightened awareness. When used intentionally within a safe, well-supported container, this state can facilitate deep psychological, emotional, and spiritual exploration, especially when paired with thoughtful preparation and integration.

I believe in the potential of psychedelics as catalysts for individual, community, and collective healing and the need to responsibly and ethically steward these medicines into mental health and society.
